My goal is to bring out your best in portraits. My portrait studio specializes in makeover photography for women, families, children and high school seniors. I'm very confident I can help you create the kind of look you want for your session, from a glamour portrait to something more casual.
I will do most of my shooting in a small studio in Boston. I can also do on-location and casual shooting in most cities within the greater Boston area as well as Rhode Island. I can provide prints and/or digital images on CD which are suitable for personal and promotional use. I offer a very limited number of TFP/TFCD shoots but most basic portfolio work is on a paid basis. I think you'll find my rates very reasonable. Please contact me to discuss your needs. I'm interested in working together with new and/or rising models looking to start or expand their portfolio or just to get in some experience. I'm also interested to work with established professional models, make-up artists, art directors and other professionals within the fashion and/or commercial photography business. Please note that I do not believe in extensive retouching and/or airbrushing photographs to make you look better. I would be more than glad to remove an unwanted small blemish or scar but I rarely commit to anything other than "slight retouching". Besides fashion and glamour photography, scenic phototography is perhaps my second biggest passion. Through my personal photography I seek to document my own personal experiences, to capture scenes and events as I see them and to share with others the beauty and diversity of the world I have seen. As the photographs of other enthusiast and professional photographers have inspired me to explore the world and appreciate it's breathtaking beauty, I hope my own contributions will inspire others in a similar way. I view the art of photography as a subtractive process, a distilling of reality into a personal vision. As such I often use the tools of modern photography to try to capture in an image the emotions I felt at the moment I tripped the camera's shutter. Thank you very much for visiting and please take some time to sign my guestbook. I hope you have a great day! -Snake.
